北斗星兒童醫院兒童耳鼻喉科由中國兒童耳鼻喉專委會副主任委員、原武漢市兒童醫院耳鼻喉科主任王智楠教授擔任學科帶頭人，擁有一支經驗豐富、專業技術過硬的專家團隊（其中副高級別以上專家2名），科室各專家均來自于三甲醫院，累計接診數十萬例的兒童耳鼻喉患者。科室配備國際先進的檢查及手術設備，可全面開展兒童耳鼻喉、頭頸部位常見多發病疑難疾病的診療和手術服務。診療范圍包括兒童急慢性鼻炎、鼻竇炎、過敏性鼻炎、中耳炎、扁桃體肥大、腺樣體肥大、睡眠呼吸疾病、新生兒耳廓畸形無創矯正、聽力障礙、先天后鼻孔閉鎖、喉軟骨軟化癥、小兒耳鼻喉良性和惡性腫瘤等。 兒童耳鼻喉科設有青少年鼻竇炎特色專科、兒童扁桃體腺樣體微創專科，針對鼻竇炎、扁桃體腺樣體肥大等問題，善于通過咽鼓管球囊擴張術、低溫等離子消融術等先進技術有效解決孩子鼻竇炎、中耳炎、扁桃體腺樣體肥大、睡眠呼吸暫停、張口呼吸等問題。 耳鼻喉科還與協和醫院耳鼻喉科、湖北省人民醫院耳鼻咽喉科頭頸外科建立專科聯盟，強強聯合、資源共享，為患兒及家長提供更優質的醫療質量。
The Department of Pediatric ENT of the Pleiades Children's Hospital is led by Professor Wang Zhinan, deputy director of the Chinese Children's ENT Committee and former director of the Department of ENT of Wuhan Children's Hospital. The department is equipped with international advanced examination and surgery equipment, which can fully carry out the diagnosis and treatment of children's ear, nose and throat, head and neck common and difficult diseases and surgical services. The scope of diagnosis and treatment includes acute and chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, otitis media, tonsil hypertrophy, adenoid hypertrophy, sleep breathing disorders, non-invasive correction of neonatal auricle malformation, hearing impairment, congenital posterior nostril atresia, laryngeal chondromalacia, benign and malignant otolaryngological tumors in children, etc. The Pediatric ENT Department has a special specialty of adolescent sinusitis and a minimally invasive specialty of pediatric tonsil adenoids. Aiming at problems of sinusitis and tonsil adenoid hypertrophy, the department is good at effectively solving problems of pediatric sinusitis, otitis media, tonsil adenoid hypertrophy, sleep apnea, open mouth breathing and other advanced technologies such as pharyngopharyngeal balloon dilation and low-temperature plasma ablation. The Department of ENT has also established specialist alliances with the Department of ENT of Union Medical Union Hospital and the Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery of Hubei Provincial People's Hospital to provide better medical quality for children and their parents.
